How do I join my team?
Ask your coach for the team name (8+ characters — it's the shared secret). Enter it on the Team tab and you're in.
My crew's roster looks empty.
Paddlers only show up once they've opened the app and joined with that same team name. Nobody needs to be invited individually.
I can't change my RSVP for a practice.
Attendance locks 24 hours before the practice starts. After that, ask a coach to update it for you.
How do I become a coach?
Any team member can claim coach from Settings — the team name is already the shared secret, so no invite code is needed.
I reinstalled the app and lost my history.
Link an email and password in Settings before that happens — it keeps your session history and coach status tied to your account instead of just the device.
